All DDOs/Heads of Offices are hereby informed that, effective from 01.09.2025, submission of GPF Final Payment proposals for retirees or employees due to retire under the administrative control of the School and Mass Education Department and the Higher Education Department must be done online only through the iFMS Portal. This mandate has been issued as per the S and ME Department Office Memorandum No. 17766 dated 01.07.2025 and the Controller of Accounts, Odisha Office Letter No. 8153 dated 11.07.2025. No physical proposals will be accepted from 01.09.2025 onwards.

 DDOs of Aided Educational Institutions are requested to provide Bank Account Numbers/IFSC of all subscribers while applying for Final Withdrawal of GPF.

 Registration of Mobile number is mandatory for all the subscribers those are under the fold of Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

 By Registering the Mobile Number, the subscriber will get the following benefits. 1. Can view/download the Account Slip. 2. Can view/download the Transaction details of monthly subscription. 3. Will get the SMS of monthly subscription/missing credit amount.

 To view/download the Account slips or transaction details of monthly subscription, the subscribers are requested please go through the website address i.e, www.odishatreaury.gov.in and click on the GPF queries of controller of Accounts.

 The subscribers are requested to please submit the attested Xerox copy of service book first page for correction of Name and Date of Birth in TPF master index through the DDO. Or you can email the above said document through the email-id of DDO to the controller of accounts email id i.e, caoorissa@rediffmail.com or caoodisha@gmail.com.

 If the registered mobile number has been misplaced/lost somewhere else, then the subscribers are requested to give an application for re-registration of new mobile number through your DDO. After receiving your application, the DDO has to submit it with a forwarding letter by post or by email to this office for re-registration of mobile number.
